Our First Friday

Fridays have been declared GREEN AND GOLD days. We will no longer be "the sleeping giant" and it's time to show our Eagle Pride. I never thought I'd wear something other than RED, BLACK, or PURPLE! :)

This picture is from our first Friday at Little Eagle Kindergarten Center (LEKC). We're all going bonkers because the first day of Kindergarten cannot be described...and we were on our 3rd first day. We take the kids in for a staggered start. We break the alphabet into thirds so that we can have smaller groups. That means we do the first day THREE TIMES! I'm pretty sure that slap happy would be good words to describe our feelings at this point. Thank goodness for Labor Day weekend!

Next Tuesday....all the kids come at once. Now THAT should be interesting!
