We're looking pretty close to terrible in these pictures. But, I suppose it is a true representation of our first day with our nose to the grindstone. We arrived home from Mexico late on Monday night. Tuesday morning we were both up and at 'em. It was about 60 degrees in Erie that Tuesday, and we were running around in shorts and t-shirts. Oops! Drastic weather difference from our lovely sunny days in Mexico.
For our first home cooked meal in Erie I made salmon, marinated in soy sauce and brown sugar. We had rice pilaf and steamed asparagus on the side. Yum yum! It's super fun to cook with such nice new things! Thanks everyone!
